Neurotribes advisor, Mark Miller, joins the Cult Beauty Limited Board, as a non-executive director and Deputy Chairman of the three Board Committees.
With a sale process for Cult Beauty Limited now to be considered by the board over 2020-2021, Mark Miller (Neurotribes Principal Advisor) was appointed on July 15th to the Cult Beauty Board, as a non-executive director, he had previously been advising Neurotribes & Dizon (the investor majority) along with investor Carmen Busquets who joined the board the same day, also as a non-executive director.
Both Miller and Busquets would later form part of the Exit Committee, tasked with overseeing the company sale. Miller was Deputy Chairman of all three Committees – Governance, Remuneration and the Exit Committee. The three Committees being chaired by Mark Quinn-Newall (Neurotribes founder) – notably Busquets having first worked with Quinn-Newall when he was a co-founder and Chef Operating Officer of Net-A-Porter.
